Comfort Apparel

Created in 2022, Comfort Apparel is a loungewear brand built to bring positivity, self-growth, revision and progression to your lifestyle. In 2022, I, Emma, the founder of Comfort Apparel was in high school. I didn’t enjoy being there and felt like my potential and creativity was not being fulfilled.

This is when I decided to dive in to the world of BUSINESS!

Comfort Apparel was created to give me an outlet to feel good, and help those around me to feel good too. At the time, Comfort Apparel offered tee shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, and sweatpants.

There has always been quotes involved, some I aligned myself with and some were impulsive. I suppose that is what can happen when you put a slightly uneducated youth behind a clothing brand!

Now, the 'Be proud of who you are, and how far you've come' hoodies have far more resonation with me than ever - coming from a high school drop-out, wondering where I was going with my life -yes even at 17 I was wondering this- and even still at 20-years-old.

My one mission with Comfort Apparel: To let the 17-23 year-old age group feel like they're not alone, and to take a step back regularly and realise how far they've come. So often young people are told "you don't need to revise where you have been and what you done to be where you are now. You are only young and have so many years ahead to do that". I don't agree with this statement. I believe that regular checkins with yourself, creating achievable goals and surrounding yourself with people and activities that encourage and celebrate this behaviour is the best thing for us!
