REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

 

We will not accept returns that are damaged in any way. Please, email us at emma@comfortapparel.co.nz with your order number and reasons for your return and we will provide the appropriate return address. We do not charge for returns so long as they are requested within 30 days of the original purchase, this be as a gift or personal purchase.

 

Gifting returns: We understand that gifts don't always come in your preferred size or colour, if this is the case please let us know in your email.

Under the conditions that your return is accepted, a refund will be deposited to the original bank account of the purchase within 10 working days (being mindful of weekends and Public Holidays).

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
